The XOPIZZA1 series by XO offers an authentic Italian wood-fired pizza experience with robust features to meet the demands of entertaining larger gatherings of family and friends. The fire brick hearth is lined with double-layered ceramic insulation for excellent heat-retention and superior cooking performance. Available in a Black UV Protective Powder Coat or Stainless Steel.

  • Domed Hood: Allows you to cook pizza perfectly on both sides and redistribute the flame along the roof of the cooking chamber.
  • Insulated Ceramic Floor: The insulated oven floor uses interchangeable firebricks that retain and transmit heat. This coupled with the stainless steel dome allows the oven to reach and maintain temperatures with maximum efficiency.
  • Stainless Steel Chimney, Cap And Damper: Disperses smoke and assists in control of the oven’s internal temperature.
  • Temperature Gauge: Measures the air temperature of the cooking chamber.
